We are pleased to invite you to become an exhibitor at the RTI Summit 2025, a flagship event under the Danish EU Presidency, taking place 22-23 October 2025 at Hotel Scandic Copenhagen, Denmark

The summit brings together leading voices from the innovation ecosystem, policy makers and industry from across Europe to define the ambitions for Research and Technology Infrastructures (RTIs) in Europe. With over 300 high-level participants and 40+ exhibitors this will be the most significant event for discussing how to implement the new European strategy for Research and Technology Infrastructures.

The cost of exhibiting is 900 EUR excl. 25% VAT for a booth measuring 1 x 2 meters, located in a high-profile area just outside the conference hall. A café table will be at your disposal, and you are invited to bring roll ups for background. This price includes the full duration of the event and ensures high visibility to all attendees during breaks and networking sessions.

Dismantling: 23 October 2025 from 14.15 – 16.00
